Your order will arrive via UPS.
Orders placed before 11:00am MST Monday-Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00am MST Monday-Friday will ship the following business day. Shipping and arrival may be affected by observed holidays.
Once your package is shipped, you'll be emailed a tracking number. Estimated shipping times:
Ground: 5-7 business days
2 Day: 2 business days
Overnight: Next business day
We do not offer Saturday delivery and do not ship on non-business days.

Returns & Exchanges
If you do not absolutely love your purchase, please return the item(s) within 15 days from purchase for a refund, credit or exchange.
How to return something?
We tried to make it easy to return your purchase. If you live in the US, US territories or have an APO:
1. Circle the item(s) you're returning on the Order Summary and note the reason code.
2.Pack your return in the original package (if possible), along with your completed return form.
3. Affix the supplied return label to the package.
4. Drop your return in any UPS Store. For all returns, $8.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover flat-rate return shipping costs.
If you have misplaced your printed Order Summary that came with your original order, click here to print a new one.
Refunds are made at the purchase price (with proof of purchase)
Turnaround time on exchanges and replacements is usually 2-3 weeks (including transit time) if the item is in stock. Refunds will be issued to your account with 7-10 business days of receipt (not including transit time for the item to arrive at The Fall Line. Credits may take up to 5 business days to post on your account.
Use your tracking number provided at the top of your order summary to see when we receive your package. If you elect not to use the provided return label then we will not assume responsibility for any items lost in transit. Items using our return label are tractable and The Fall Line can assist if they are lost in transit.
For an exchange please call the store to set up the exchange and verify available inventory. Then follow the return instructions listed above.
If the item is available, when we receive the returned item the new item will be shipped out and you will receive a new order confirmation.
